If there is a problem, who can I call?
If for some reason you encounter a problem while the team is in your home, you can talk to the Team Lead, who will immediately correct the problem. Or you can contact our Management, who will work with the team to quickly correct the problem and ensure that you are satisfied with our Quality of Service.
